Case study AT&T -DirecTV merger
Instructions: Please answer Question #1 (100 points), plus either of elective questions #2 or #3. (100 points each). Provide specific detailed responses, IN YOUR OWN WORDS and draw on any and all materials you’ve read so far this semester. Please note that I expect an essay – not merely a bulleted list of facts.
Please avoid generalities – things like “I’ll provide the best prices and services to ensure customer satisfaction.” This is so general it doesn’t mean anything, and anybody could come up with this without ever having taken this class(Marketing strategy).
And obviously, the more you can build specific ideas and terms from your readings so far this semester, the more “successful” I’ll consider your responses. It might be a good idea to boldface or italicize specific terms or concepts to call attention to the fact that you are conversant with key ideas from the course.
Don’t overlook the text, and please don’t leave out ideas from the minilectures.
Be sure your essays are well-reasoned and well-organized: use headers and sub headers if you need to break them into sections. Also, citations are okay if they’re directly relevant to matters at hand. Examples are very helpful.
